“Miriam was my doula for the birth of our first in December! I couldn’t recommend her enough. She was so helpful in assisting myself, and my husband in the whole process. She was there for every step of the way. From helping with birth class recommendations, birth plan help, pre labor help and questions, she was always just a call away. Miriam was so attentive and supportive in my birth wishes, and was able to help me through every roadblock I came across, along with every question I may have had during pregnancy and even postpartum.

She was able to capture some amazing photos and videos for us to have as a memory for a life time. Miriam left a lasting legacy on our new family.

“Miriam was such a good birth doula, and I’ll recommend her to everyone! She will help you figure out what is important to you during your pregnancy, and do her best to make sure you’re advocated for during your birth. She answered questions I had leading up, and on the day of showed up early for me and after the birth stayed a little longer afterwards when I needed help.

Miriam was a constant support during my labours, keeping my mind focused and strong and not allowing fear to take over. She is also very hands on physically to help ease pain where she can. I did a natural home water birth so this was extremely helpful.

She was also very supportive for my husband, who at first didn’t understand what a doula did, but afterwards said he’d recommend her to everyone. She also captured by photo and video a lot of precious moments, which I’ll be forever grateful to have and be able to look back on.

She also provided me with a backup doula in case I went into labour outside of my due date window, to ensure I would have care no matter what.
