She answered questions I had leading up, and on the day of showed up early for me and after the birth stayed a little longer afterwards when I needed help.<\/p>\n<p>Miriam was a constant support during my labours, keeping my mind focused and strong and not allowing fear to take over. She is also very hands on physically to help ease pain where she can. I did a natural home water birth so this was extremely helpful.<\/p>\n<p>She was also very supportive for my husband, who at first didn\u2019t understand what a doula did, but afterwards said he\u2019d recommend her to everyone. She also captured by photo and video a lot of precious moments, which I\u2019ll be forever grateful to have and be able to look back on.<\/p>\n<p>She also provided me with a backup doula in case I went into labour outside of my due date window, to ensure I would have care no matter what.<\/p>\n<p>Highly highly recommend!!
